We’ve forged a long-term partnership with one of the world’s leading providers of quality refurbished Apple iPhone and Samsung mobile phones. With distribution to over 70 countries including the UK, Ireland, and the EU, the extensive network of prestigious clients comprise high profile mobile networks, retailers, banks, insurers, buying groups, wholesalers and chain stores.
The cost of new can be prohibitive. Since most consumers aspire to have the latest mobile phones and tech, despite having limited disposable income, a quality refurbished device with a 12-month warranty which is reliable and offers great peace of mind is the perfect solution.
All refurbished devices are electronically tested to be 100% functional and have been polished to remove most wear. Depending on their cosmetic grade, handsets can even look and feel brand new, only better thanks to their substantial cost saving. Consumers can now afford the latest models with the greater specs, plus it’s better for the environment too with less waste.
Our state-of-the-art lab repair centre, one of the largest in the UK and Europe, is dedicated to conducting advanced electronic testing, repairs, and refurbishment of all devices.
We hold R2 certification, the leading standard for electronics repair recycling, ensuring our processes adhere to strict quality, safety, and transparency protocols.
Our highly skilled lab technicians follow stringent ISO certified procedures and employ reliable grading systems. Our comprehensive repairs include LCD and battery replacement, front facing and main camera QC, component rework, and meticulously address any potential faults.
We operate five primary grades on all approved devices. Upon arrival at our UK lab, they are restored to factory settings, with all IMEI’s numbers verified and no Network or iCloud locks. An extensive electronic test is performed to certify their full functionality and ensure they’re defect-free.
Once the electronic test and any repairs are complete, devices are graded based on their cosmetic appearance, ranging from Grade AP (Pristine or A+) to Grade A (Excellent), Grade AB (Very Good), Grade B (Good), and Grade C (Average). Our dedicated polishing centre processes up to 3,000 devices daily, eliminating scratches from LCD screens, back glass and bezels, ensuring they are returned to the best possible condition.
Skybridge takes immense pride delivering refurbished mobile phones that are the best condition possible for their grades. Many of our pre-owned devices exhibit the same performance and quality as brand-new handsets. Our commitment to consistent value extends to network operators, dealers, retailers, and consumers alike, with a strong emphasis on support and provision of high-quality products.
We know that batteries are a key factor when selling quality refurbished devices, that’s why all batteries are extensively tested in our lab facilities to exceed at least 80% capacity, irrespective of model and grade.
Our inventory and stock-holding exceeds 30,000 units at any one time, each device undergoing rigorous testing, grading, and assessments to ensure quality assurance. In fact, we guarantee the quality in every mobile phone we dispatch. Our diagnostic software, approved by IT asset disposal accreditation scheme ADISA, securely eradicates all electrical data. We strive to find the perfect balance of price, grade, product quality and consistency.
Skybridge exclusively ensures it sources products from leading international suppliers, including renowned retailers, mobile networks, and chains throughout Europe and the UK.
Our partnerships with clients, suppliers and business partners are built on ethical principles. We adhere to the highest international standards of quality control, processing, reliability, health and safety.
We are deeply committed to serving our customers while caring for the sustainability of our planet. By offering refurbished devices, we actively play our part on reducing waste and the preservation of our environment.
Extending the lifespan of quality handsets not only helps save money for consumers but also decreases the number of used devices that end up in landfills, where they release harmful toxins. Refurbishing devices also reduces the demand for raw materials and conserves energy, ultimately reducing greenhouse gas emissions too.
